Ride Report

Great training ride today with Monte and Mike. Monte decided he wanted to his every scenic outlook in the state which translates to lots of climbing.. Beautiful day. I love the heat later in the year but it really takes it out of you at the start of the summer heat and I was feeling a little bonked at the end. Mike was not and hammered us home.. I got off the bike and slogged through 5 miserable miles of hot running... legs were heavy..
